Outlook 2016 shared mailbox not updating

So if you see the data in "Exchange OAB" on Mailbox server but not in "OAB" folder in CAS try restarting the FDS service on CAS server wait for sometime and check - Rancy I restarted the FDS and then ran the command to update again.
Once finished, remove the license from the mailbox in the Office 365 Admin center.
Select the account again, then click Edit to the right of Product licenses.
So far the OAB does not update, but you said wait some time? You may find my OAB article has some useful information article.
I guess I can wait for it to try and replicate itself. Curious, does anyone know if public folders must be enabled for OAB to work?
